- Fosfomycin sodium    10 g
- Tylosin     5 g
- Ketoprofen    3 g
- Solvent q.s    100 ml

- Treatment of bacterial infections of poultry and pigs, cattle susceptible to fosfomycin and tylosin. 
- Poultry: Infectious coryza, staphylococcosis,  colibacillosis, ORT, CRD, fowl cholera, fowl thyfoid, omphalitis, psittacosis, yolk sac infection and bacterial arthritis. 
- Cattle, pigs: Pneumonia, reproduction tract infections, bronchopneumonia, mastitis, omphalitis and bacterial arthritis
 

- Intramuscular injection for 3-5 consecutive days. 
- Poultry: 1ml per 10kg of body weight per day 
- Pigs: 1ml per 10-15kg of body weight per day 
- Cattle: 1ml per 20-25kg of body weight per day 
- Dogs, cats: 1ml per 5-10kg of body weight per day
 

- For meat : 5 days
